We are thrilled to announce that Lowell A. Meyer has come on board as our Director of Photography! Our producers from Wild Obscura Films connected with Lowell at Sundance this past January, where a short film he shot was playing –  Jim Cummings’ The Robbery – and was selected as one of Indiewire’s Must-See Shortlist. Lowell is also an engaged and conscientious activist who we’ve been bumping into at organized educational meetings around L.A. We are proud to be assembling a woke team!

Check out some of Lowell’s past short films:

  • Zach Lasry’s Seth (2016 SXSW Official Selection, Vimeo Staff Pick)
  • Clara Aranovich’s Primrose (2015 SXSW Official Premiere, Vimeo Staff Pick)
  • Alexander Yan’s Elko (2012 AFI Fest Official Selection)
Catch up on Lowell’s bio and view his reel at www.lowellameyer.com.
We are halfway to our entire goal and $5,835 from the getting the Green Light to secure the funds we have raised thus far on Seed&Spark. Now is the time to share the campaign with friends who might be interested in bringing this story to life! No amount is too small, and even just getting folks to sign up to follow the Seed&Spark page will help get us the 500 followers we need to secure significant resources and distribution for the film.
